Dr. J, or Dr. Janeeka Benoit, better known as Dr. J on social media is a Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician and Sports Medicine Specialist. She is a runner, exercise enthusiast, and former ACE Certified personal trainer.
Not only does she enjoy caring for athletes, she also has a passion for preventing chronic disease through using exercise as medicine so people can avoid taking pills and/or cut back on their pill bottles.
As an osteopathic physician, Dr. J is focused on treating the whole body by providing practical ways to exercise so people can live more fully and have life transformation from the inside out.
