This podcast if for those considering or planning to start training in Reiki.  Reiki is a healing modality available for anyone to learn.  It requires no special requirements but there are a few things you can do to make your experience even better:

  • Rest

Making sure to get adequate rest prior to your training will improve your experience.

  • Clean Diet

Making sure to keep your diet as healthy as possible prior to your course can help with your attention.

  • Meditation:

Having a habit of meditation practice prior to becoming a Reiki practitioner will make the daily practice of Reiki practice easier and richer.
