Anxiety is a common experience.  All of us will experience anxiety in some form.
Chronic Generalized Anxiety is growing in frequency due to the experience we all have gone through with the pandemic. 

In this podcast, I am covering the basics of anxiety, including:

Anxiety-the common feeling we all have
Generalized Anxiety: The clinical symptom of anxiety experienced for 6 months or more that leads to physical and psychological symptoms.

In this podcast, we will experience anxiety together.  We will through what it feels like to experience anxiety by sitting slouched and breathing poorly.  We will reverse this with some deep breathing.
