In this podcast, I'm covering a few energy medicine techniques you can perform during the podcast, or memorize to do later.   Here is a summary of the techniques we perform:

  • 30 seconds of Deep Breathing:

You will inhale and exhale for 30 seconds, or about 3 deep breaths.

  • EFT/Tapping the Karate Chop Point

I have been learning about this technique from The Tapping Solution

  • Qi Gong Body Wash

Perform standing doing the following sequence:

  1.   Exhale as you run you right hand down the outside of you left arm
  2. Inhale as you run your right hand back towards your body along the inside of the left arm
  3. Exhale as you run your left hand along the outside of your right arm
  4. Inhale as you run your left hand along the inside of your right arm
  5. Exhale as you run your hands down your left leg
  6. Inhale as you run your hands along the inside of your left leg
  7. Exhale as you run your hands along the outside of your right leg
  8. Inhale as you run your hands along the inside of your right leg
  • Hand Washing Meditation

You can use this time to take 3-5 conscious, deep breaths while the water runs over your hands. You can even imagine that you are washing away anything that no longer serves you
