For this meditation, we'll be doing a body scan, which is actually what we did in August. Of 2021. So we're going to re practice this mindfulness practice. The body scans are great answer. When we're trying to engage with our bodies, lower inflammation, we're trying to heal joint pain. When we're doing the body scan, focusing on that relaxation is one of the best things you can do when you're trying to calm down pain.
